Robert Erwin - Administrator
Robert has been the owner & operator of Cal-Trade Welding School since 1989, a total of 32 years. He has been working in the welding and fabricating industry for over 40 years. He is proficient in most facets of welding using various types of metals. Robert received certifications in mig, tig, stick, sub-arc, flux core and multishield welding processes. He is certified to weld stainless steel and Hastelloy for the nuclear industry.
Robert is also proficient in blueprint reading.
Robert teaches and supervises the operations of the school. He teaches welding as well as mathematics, welding principles and helps the students with the blue print reading program. He also teaches the Inspectors Preparation Course. Robert is happy to be able to pass on his knowledge of welding to the next generation.
